Origin and provenance

This batch of coffee is produced by Wilder Lasso, a coffee grower with expertise in genetics. Initially, he entered the coffee industry to assist his father at the El Diviso farm, located in the mountains of San Adolfo. Over 105 hours of natural anaerobic fermentation and 20 days of slow drying contribute to its exceptional taste. The cherries in plastic bags are stabilized for 35 days, further enhancing their flavor. With this coffee, Mr. Lasso exemplifies his commitment to quality and innovation in coffee production through the extensive varietal program he has implemented in Tocora, which includes over 12 carefully selected coffee varieties.
