Origin and Provenance
Colombia is the world’s leading producer of washed Arabica coffee, and its beans are renowned for their high quality. The plants grow at altitudes between 1,500 and 1,900 meters, and the volcanic soil provides them with a wealth of organic nutrients. Harvest takes place from October to February. Its Supremo quality represents one of the most prized components, with its perfect balance and smooth flavor that leaves an unmistakable aroma of chocolate and caramel enriched with slightly citrusy notes of peach and plum.
