Origin and provenance
Produced in the Chiapas region at 1,650 meters altitude, this lot comes from the Geisha variety cultivated by small producers of the Unión de Ejidos San Fernando cooperative, where each farmer owns less than 5 hectares of land. The cooperative has worked with great commitment to standardize agricultural techniques and harvesting practices, ensuring consistent and superior quality.
The coffee is processed using the natural method, taking advantage of the fertile soils of the area and careful selection of cherries. The families, including those of the Herrera producers, are dedicated to cultivating Geisha, testing each lot to offer a unique and clean aromatic profile.
