The offer consists of two product lines, complementary and synergistic. The 7Gr. line uses commercial coffees scrupulously selected to create three fine blends, Time 100% Arabica, People Grand Cru and Always decaffeinated and four precious single origins to be used also for alternative extractions in filter, for a pleasure to be savored sip after sip. Roasted in an artisanal way in our production laboratory, the single origins allow us to make our customers understand not only the quality of our selections, but also the role that each of them plays within the blends.
There are 4 origins: Brazil Santos, Colombia Supremo, Ethiopia Sidamo and India Kaapi Royale.
The Lot Zero line is instead dedicated exclusively to the world of specialty coffee and includes a selection of the best single origin specialty available on the market, selected after careful cupping, by Chiara Bergonzi, Q-Grader and one of the leading coffee experts at an international level. Very precious origins, produced in micro-lots, completely traceable and carefully processed once harvested. A line that was created to satisfy the most demanding palates and to also offer different extraction methods compared to espresso. The Lot Zero assortment is very dynamic and is periodically updated based on the seasonality of the harvests. The Unordinary* blend, dedicated to the HoReCa segment, allows customization with the customer’s logo.
