Origin and provenance

Elias started working in coffee from a very young age, serving at various agricultural properties to help support his family. As he grew up, he managed to purchase his own land: it’s there that he now lives and works with his family. Originally from São Sebastião do Anta, a Brazilian town known for coffee production, Elias took his first steps cultivating commercial coffee and bananas, which provided a more immediate income.

Over time, however, he became passionate about the specialty coffee world and decided to deepen his knowledge of its techniques and value. He convinced his father and brother to abandon traditional production and focus on superior quality varieties. Their commitment has yielded excellent results: one of his coffees was chosen by Agnieszka Rojewska for a national barista competition in Poland.
