La Labor is a truly unique farm: it’s perhaps the only one in the world located in the heart of a city, specifically in Zone 18 of Guatemala City.
Francisco “Chespi” Quezada has significantly improved the harvesting process in recent years, committing to training seasonal workers on the optimal time to pick the cherries.
This extraordinary Geisha is one of the farm’s distinctive offerings. After harvesting, this coffee undergoes a slow drying process for 25 days, protected from direct sunlight, resulting in an exceptionally clean cup free from any unwanted fermentation notes.
