Marou Kumquat Tien Giang 68% Bar 80 Gr.
- What it is: a bar made with one of the most delicate cacaos from the Mekong Delta that flourishes in orchards just a short boat ride from Saigon: a highly enjoyable chocolate. Today combined with the delicious fruits that in Vietnam are called Kumquat (Citrus Japonica Tobbese), an adaptation of the Cantonese Chinese kam kwat “orange (kwat) of gold (kam), in Italian “Chinese mandarin”. Kumquats are small and flavorful citrus fruits that grow in the provinces of the Mekong Delta. Only the finest from Tien Giang province were selected for their distinctive citrus flavor that pairs perfectly with the Trinitario cacao from this same origin, enhancing their subtle savoriness.
