Origin and provenance
Discover the vibrant essence of Yirgacheffe with this exceptional washed lot from the town of Wete, which falls under the “Dhilgee” aromatic profile, meaning “blood red” in the Oromo language. This coffee dazzles with light floral notes, red berries, and purple fruit, offering a round and sweet cup. The handpicked cherries are meticulously processed, soaked for 48 hours, and dried on African beds for 18-21 days. The result is a brew with a plum-like body, rich in red berry, apricot notes, and a hint of black tea. As it cools, the fruity complexity intensifies, providing a truly captivating coffee experience.
