A vibrant and distinctive coffee produced in Menglian, Yunnan, at Fuyan farm, managed by Mr. Li and Mrs. Na.
The estate covers approximately 80 acres of mountainous land between 1,600 and 1,700 meters above sea level, where coffee plants grow under natural shade provided by macadamia trees, fruit trees and legumes. Harvesting is largely carried out by members of the Lahu ethnic group, contributing to a supply chain built on strong relationships and consistent quality control.
Fuyan coffees regularly achieve high quality scores, reflecting meticulous work both in cultivation and processing.
In the cup, it delivers an expressive fruit-forward profile: candied fruit notes blend with the sweetness of blackberry and the elegance of red grape, resulting in a juicy, persistent and highly recognizable cup.
