Origin and provenance
Elias started working in coffee from a very young age, serving on various farms to help support his family. Growing up, he managed to purchase his own land: that is where he lives and works today with his family. Originally from São Sebastião do Anta, a Brazilian town known for coffee production, Elias took his first steps cultivating commercial coffee and bananas, a source of more immediate income.
Over time, however, he became passionate about the world of specialty coffee and decided to deepen his understanding of its techniques and value. He thus convinced his father and brother to abandon traditional production to focus on higher quality varieties. Their commitment has yielded excellent results: one of his coffees was chosen by Agnieszka Rojewska for a national barista competition in Poland.
