The thermic natural process enhances the bean’s full potential: controlled fermentation and drying develop a creamy body and intense sweetness while preserving clarity.
In the cup, this results in a layered and vibrant profile, where tropical notes of pineapple and mango meet citrus and wine-like nuances, supported by a sweet base of cocoa, hazelnut and vanilla.
