Blends
Our espresso blends are born from the selection of the best coffee origins in the world.
Sweet, bitter, acidic, citrusy. The intense notes of chocolate and caramel, the hint of spices. The aftertaste of dried fruit, almonds, vanilla. There are over 800 aromas kept in a cup of real Italian espresso. A few moments of tasting, which tell stories of distant lands, of expert hands and rigorous methods that are realized in this small masterpiece of flavors, sensations and aromas.
For our blends we use only the finest beans, free from defects and with a unique aromatic bouquet. Secondly, we mix them with attention and care to transform the tasting into a moment of true pleasure.
There are three 7Gr. espresso blends.
Time
First there is the Time blend, composed of 100% Arabica beans from Colombia (Supremo), Brazil (Santos) and Ethiopia (Sidamo). An extremely aromatic, complex and sweet blend with a persistent aftertaste of milk chocolate and dried fruit.
People
Then we find People, a grand cru, which adds to the precious Arabica beans a component of the finest Indian Kaapi Royale, one of the best Robustas in the world. For a balanced cup with an aftertaste of cocoa, licorice and spices.
Always
Finally Always, a blend that uses the same prized origins as the grand cru. So as not to give up the pleasure of a good coffee, even if you have to use a decaffeinated blend.
They are then produced and packaged in one of the best industrial plants that allows us to rigorously control the roasting process and correctly preserve the product over time. In fact, the very strict control parameters and rigorous supply chain controls guarantee quality for the customer and a very fast rotation of the warehouse. The freshness of the coffee, with a maximum expiry of 12 months, is a parameter in which we strongly believe and which differentiates us from other roasters.
