One of the main activities of the Coffee Studio is to provide the best conditions for professional training of baristas and coffee enthusiasts through certified SCA courses, recognized around the world.

The training area has the most advanced equipment, including a two group Rancilio Classe 11 Excelsius machine and a La Marzocco Strada EP, for professional espresso extraction;

grinders, both with dispenser and on demand micrometer, a range of accessories for brewing and a coffee shop, aimed at enabling the students the most effective and comprehensive practice possible.

The courses are held every month and are taught by Chiara Bergonzi, authorized SCAE trainer, world champion of Latte Art 2014 and international judge of WCE circuit for Latte art competitions.

Chiara Bergonzi

Born in Piacenza in 1985, Chiara Bergonzi has over 15 years of coffee expertise and is widely regarded as one of the sector’s top specialists and most authoritative people in the specialty coffee scene.

An SCA trainer, Q-Grader, roaster, consultant, and international judge on the WCE circuit, Chiara is a specialist in Latte Art, a discipline for which she is considered one of the best trainers in the world, having won three consecutive Italian titles and a second place at the 2014 World Championships in Melbourne. 

Additionally, Chiara is the esteemed author of two notable books, “Latte Art – Chiara Bergonzi” and “Il Caffè,” both published by Hoepli.
