Brazil Santos
A natural sweetness, with a full body and an aftertaste that pampers the senses with milk chocolate and hazelnut.
A perfect balance between body and acidity. Its beans, cultivated in the regions of Mogiana, Sul de Minas, and Cerrado, release enveloping notes of caramel in the cup and a delicious persistence reminiscent of hazelnut cream.

Origin and provenance
Brazil is the world’s leading coffee producer, and the Santos region, which gives its name to this single-origin, represents the tradition and quality of Brazilian Arabica.
Here, among the gentle hills of Mogiana, the fertile plateaus of Cerrado Mineiro, and the green valleys of Sul de Minas, coffee matures slowly thanks to a stable climate, with well-defined dry seasons and altitudes ranging from 800 to 1000 meters.
The natural process of processing — which involves drying the whole beans in the sun — enhances the coffee’s innate sweetness and gives it a soft and velvety body.
The varieties used, such as Mundo Novo, Catuaí, Icatu, and Acaiá, are selected for their resistance and their ability to express a wide yet always balanced aromatic range in the cup.
