Led by Martha Montenegro and the Bayter family, El Vergel Estate is a transformation center, combining cutting-edge techniques like Koji fermentation with over 28 exclusive coffee varieties. In addition to coffee, they cultivate a thriving ecosystem with 164 bird species, demonstrating their commitment to sustainability and excellence in every cup.
