A Lel Chaung nasce nelle colline dello Shan State meridionale, dove piccoli produttori coltivano caff\u00e8 riuniti nel collettivo Shwe Taung Thu (\u201cGolden Farmer\u201d). La gestione condivisa, l\u2019assenza di intermediari e lo scambio continuo di competenze permettono alla comunit\u00e0 di lavorare con maggiore controllo qualitativo, valorizzando il proprio raccolto e producendo caff\u00e8 naturali sempre pi\u00f9 precisi e consistenti.<\/p>

Le ciliegie vengono raccolte a mano e lasciate essiccare intere su letti rialzati, sfruttando il clima secco della regione. Durante il drying vengono girate frequentemente per garantire uniformit\u00e0.
