Thanks to its modular design and integrated control valve, it allows you to choose between two cold brew techniques: cold drip and full immersion, resulting in beverages with a clear and balanced aromatic profile, with less bitterness and acidity compared to hot coffee. Cold drip: cold water drips drop by drop onto the ground coffee. The flow is adjustable via the rotating ring (approximately 1 drop/second), and extraction takes 2–6 hours. Immersion: completely close the valve and immerse the coffee in the upper reservoir for 18–24 hours, thanks to the included metal filter. At the end, open the valve to filter into the carafe below.
