Vibrant identifies Lot Zero coffees defined by exceptional cleanliness, flavour transparency and sensory precision. The profile is often centred around one or two dominant and clearly recognisable flavour notes, supported by bright, articulated and well-defined acidity.

These are coffees in which origin, variety and terroir can emerge with remarkable clarity. Washed processes frequently appear within this selection because they can promote definition and transparency, but they are not a requirement: classification is always determined by the expression in the cup, rather than by the processing method itself.

Here, complexity is expressed through precision rather than aromatic overlap: a focused set of dominant descriptors, clear flavour separation and a clean, persistent finish.
